“They’ve captured a magical space, something celestial and grounding and one I’ve never quite experienced before but will definitely be returning to. This magical space cushioned between elegant and casual – to where the reverence is already there, and all the pretenses are dropped and you can just celebrate food and life and love…with friends and new friends.”

What is the Farmer’s Table
Farmer’s Table is more than just a meal—it’s an experience, a chance to savor what is in season à la minute, or “in the moment.” With a focus on local foods, we showcase the incredible abundance the NH Seacoast region has to offer. Enjoy a seven-course, family-style meal served at a long communal table, nestled in the fields of Dandelion Forest Farm in Nottingham, NH.
But the Farmer’s Table isn’t just a name—it is who we are. We followed our shared dream of merging farming and cooking into one beautiful experience. Today, the Farmer’s Table is the heart of our vision, where we grow, cook, and share our love for food with you. We take pride in growing our own ingredients right here on the farm. What we don’t grow ourselves, we consciously source from local farms that share our passion for mindful stewardship. More than anything, we hope to inspire you to support your local farmers as well and taste the true flavors of the Seacoast.

The Dining Experience
Upon arrival, enjoy an array of welcome bites before joining us for an optional farm tour offering a behind-the-scenes look at where your food was grown. We then gather at the table for dinner starting with a fresh-milled bread course, three vegetable-forward dishes, and a thoughtfully prepared meat course leading into a beautifully crafted dessert.
Every menu is intentionally designed around what’s at peak harvest which means the menu remains a surprise until you arrive making each dinner a one-of-a-kind experience.
After the meal, you’re invited to return to the welcome tent for one last treat, farm store shopping, and a chance to linger around the fire and connect with your chefs and fellow dinner guests.
Expect the whole experience to last about three hours.

To honor the hands that feed us, we reserve discounted seats for farmers at every dinner – maybe they have even grown or raised something on your plate! It’s our way of strengthening the connection between the people who nourish us and those who appreciate good food. And, of course, it’s a simple thank you for all their hard work.

Who We Are
Elizabeth Haskett
Elizabeth has spent a lifetime immersed in the world of food, working her way up through the ranks in Northern California restaurants and gaining experience working in food co-ops, high-end catering, personal cheffing, and various restaurant kitchens. Her culinary journey eventually led her to Brooklyn, NY, where she owned and operated her own restaurant, Greenpoint Heights.
In 2018, Elizabeth’s focus shifted to agriculture where she worked on several urban farms as well as a four-acre biodynamic farm on Long Island. In 2021, she left city life behind and relocated to rural New Hampshire, where she merged her two greatest passions—farming and cooking—into the Farmer’s Table.
In addition to running the Farmer’s Table, Elizabeth creates handcrafted herbal salves, balms, and soaps and she founded Thema Mundi Astrology, where she offers astrological guidance.

Linh Aven
Linh has worn many hats in this lifetime. From a PhD scientist researcher to working at a biotech start-up, from baking croissants at a French bakery to Executive Chef of a 78-unit restaurant chain. All of these experiences have led her to creating a beautiful and edible oasis at Dandelion Forest Farm in Nottingham, NH.
She continues to pursue a wide-range of interests everyday as she raises ducklings, plants chestnut trees, nurtures seedlings, and explores the wild world of fermentation.
Linh loves to share her deep connection to the natural world with others through workshops, lectures, and of course the Farmer’s Table.

Our Journey Together
Linh and Elizabeth met while working at a farm in the NH Seacoast in 2021, both eager to leave city life behind and fully embrace farming. What began as a shared dream—to grow, cook, and serve food directly on the farm—quickly took root and blossomed into what is now the Farmer’s Table.
In 2022, Linh had the opportunity to purchase land in Nottingham, NH and start Dandelion Forest Farm which would become the permanent home for the Farmer’s Table.
Since then, Linh and Elizabeth have hosted three magical seasons of farm-to-table dinners in its new home, each year growing in both size and community support.
Beyond building a business, Linh and Elizabeth have cultivated a deep and lasting friendship. They cook, forage, grow, plant, harvest, craft, and dream together. Their shared passions, complementary skills, and unwavering respect for each other have made them a strong and dynamic team, and they look forward to many more seasons of bringing people together around the table.
